From Backyard Prototype to National Vision

 I’m Grant Truesdell — lifelong goalie, musician, and founder of The Hockey Lab.

After decades performing under pressure — from packed arenas on stage to intense playoff games in net — I realized that the same mindset that builds great musicians and athletes also builds great leaders.

The Hockey Lab began as a backyard prototype — a place to blend physical training, technical skill, and mindset work into one complete system.

What started as a personal project has evolved into a growing movement — helping goalies and young athletes train their confidence, discipline, and love for the game.
