Coach Grant

 

Grant is a lifelong athlete, competitive hockey goalie, and internationally touring musician best known for his role in the Juno Award–winning band Unleash the Archers. With decades of experience performing under pressure—both on stage and on the ice—Grant knows what it takes to thrive in high-stakes environments.


He now brings that same intensity and insight to his work as a high-performance coach, helping young athletes build confidence, mental resilience, and leadership skills that stick—for life and sport. Through his flagship program, The Mental Edge, Grant equips youth athletes with the mindset tools they need to perform at their best when it matters most.


After experiencing success and burnout firsthand, Grant became obsessed with understanding what drives true fulfillment and peak performance. This led him to study identity, mindset, and human potential—eventually developing his proprietary Fulfilled Founder Framework™, a method that aligns inner purpose with outer success.


Today, Grant coaches athletes, business leaders, and creatives who want to reach the next level without sacrificing what matters most. The Mental Edge is a 6-week coaching program designed to help young athletes enhance their mental resilience, focus, and overall performance. The program includes both 1-on-1 and group coaching options to cater to different needs and preferences. 


The program is designed for athletes aged 12+ who are actively participating in their sport and committed to personal growth. Whether you’re in team sports or solo sports, The Mental Edge will help you improve your mental game. 


 Book a free 15-minute call with Coach Grant. We’ll walk through where your athlete is now, what they’re struggling with, and whether this program is the right fit. 


  • 1-on-1 Coaching: Tailored, personalized coaching to address specific mental challenges and goals.
     
  • Group Coaching: Collaborative coaching with a group of athletes, where you’ll learn from each other’s experiences and support each other in a shared environment.


Each session is approximately 60 - minutes, whether you choose 1-on-1 or group coaching. 


Each athlete will develop mental toughness, focus, and resilience through personalized strategies, mindset exercises, and actionable techniques to perform at your best, both in and out of competition. 


Absolutely! The Mental Edge program will help you mentally prepare for your recovery and return to your sport stronger than before. 


After the pilot program, pricing will increase to the regular program rates. However, you’ll receive priority access and special offers if you choose to continue with the next cohort. 


We understand life happens! If you can’t attend a session, you can reschedule with prior notice or watch the session recording if available. 


Due to the nature of the program and limited availability, we do not offer refunds, but we do offer a session reschedule option in case of unavoidable conflicts.
